Murray Tysowski, RSE
Murray founded Aurora Roofing Ltd. in 1979, a company built on his core values of quality and integrity. Through his passion for excellence in the roofing industry, he previously served as president of the RCABC, as well as the CRCA. Murray has dedicated many years to serving on the board of directors for both associations. ​
His extensive experience and leadership have made a significant impact on the roofing community, as well as the upstanding reputation of Aurora Roofing.

Richie Rae, GSC, RSE, Dipl. BA
Since joining Aurora Roofing in 2011, Richie has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to creating an exceptional customer experience from start to finish. Richie's effective project planning and management have positioned Aurora Roofing as a trusted roofing contractor, developing lasting partnerships and many loyal customers.
After studying business at VIU, Richie went on to complete his Red Seal Certification in 2018. In 2020, Richie achieved his Gold Seal Certification in Project Management through the Canadian Construction Association.

Shane Bell, RSE
Shane started with Aurora Roofing in 2004 and has since become a key leader within our team. His vast experience and expertise in commercial and industrial roofing systems ensures that we deliver the best solutions for every client's specific needs.
Shane received his Red Seal Certification in 2007.

Zack Dines, RSE
Zack joined Aurora Roofing in 2015, specializing in commercial and industrial flat roofing. As a conscientious leader, he provides helpful insights while maintaining excellent service and efficiency.
Zack received his Red Seal Certification in 2009.
Sheet Metal Foreman
Dan Simmonds, RSE
Dan has been a valuable addition to our sheet metal team with extensive experience in residential, commercial and industrial roofing and siding systems. His keen attention to detail and commitment to quality ensures the lasting satisfaction of our clients.
Dan received his Architectural Sheet Metal Certification in 2012.
Sloped Roofing Foreman
Brett Rae, RSE
Brett joined Aurora Roofing in 2018 and is specialized in sloped roofing systems. Brett is an ambitious leader; demonstrating the exceptional skill and expertise required to deliver outstanding results.
Brett received his Red Seal Certification in 2024.

Paul Quinn, RSE
Paul has been a dedicated team member since 2011. Paul's experience and comprehensive skillset play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of service that Aurora Roofing is known for.
Paul received his Red Seal Certification in 2019.

In 2024, Eli achieved 1st Place in the Canadian Roofing Apprenticeship Competition. His impeccable craftsmanship and positive attitude ensure that every project he works on is a success.
